Huehuetenango is one of Guatemala's three non-volcanic regions and is one of the highest and driest coffee growing regions which makes it one of the best locations for coffee bean argiculture. SHB stands for “strictly hard beans” which specifies that the coffee was grown at an altitude above 1350 meters.
