Brazil produces about one-third of the world's coffee however the majority of what they export is lower grade coffee. “Fine cup” is a level of the coffee grading system that is established in Brazil and qualifies this bean as a specialty grade coffee. Brazil Santos is dry processed, which means that it is dried while still inside the cherry, or fruit.
