The End to an Adventure

Thank you for the past 7 years

Wow! What an experience it has been. After seven years of serving up coffee, we have some bittersweet news to share:

Found Familiar will be closing the business and website on October 13th, 2026.

This decision wasn't easy, but it's what we feel is best for us. Life changes have left us with very little time or energy to put toward Found Familiar and rather than continue to try and balance things that we can no longer give our full selves to, we've decided it's time to hang things up.

We're so incredibly grateful for you allowing us to be a small part of your mornings, your routines, your D&D sessions, your gifts to friends and family members... all of it and everything in between. It's been a privilege and a wonderful experience to provide you coffee.

AND TO THE ARTISTS:
Thank you thank you thank you thank you. Thank you for allowing us to share your art. Thank you for giving us a chance when we were nobodies, emailing you out of the blue with a wild idea. Thank you for trusting us with your work. We love you and wish you all the best. Without you, Found Familiar would not have been a thing.

Now for the important things to know about our closing:

- October 13th, 2026 will be our final day of business and the website will close.

- Existing subscription orders with scheduled fulfillment dates after Oct. 13th will be fulfilled. Details vary case-by-case. We'll reach out to you with your specific fulfillment details.

- Any unused gift cards remaining after the close will be refunded to the original purchaser.

- Because the decision to close is being made in large part due to the limited time and attention we have available, we ask that you please avoid placing last minute or rush orders if possible. Keeping fulfillment volume manageable will help us make this transition as smoothly as we can. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO GIFT CARD HOLDERS. You can--and should--use them things. The money has already been spent! Get you some coffee.

We'll do everything we can within our ability to address them before the closing date, and we'll continue to respond to questions/requests that need attention after the website has been closed as well.
